Drawing on broad based public sector experience, IHA offer senior level interim management services from their regeneration and economic development professional Ingrid Hooley.

Ingrid has substantial experience of social, physical and economic regeneration, at national, regional and local levels, gained through a long career at senior levels, including the Department of Trade and Industry; Regional Development Agencies in Yorkshire and London; Local Authorities and Neighbourhood Renewal. 

She has specialised in development and management of complex regeneration programmes in multi stakeholder environments, particularly on employment and skills project development; stakeholder engagement; partnership development and community development. More lately Ingrid has been focussing on sustainability and legacy planning for government funded programmes and projects.

Interim management services are negotiated on a daily rate basis normally between 2 and 4 days a week.
